We’re still making beautiful custom made window furnishings, as per normal. Apart from our plantation shutters, all of our blinds are made locally, with parts sourced from local suppliers.
Our Blinds are made in Melbourne but are not affected by any stage 4 lockdowns as we are open for trade and supplying to the construction industry. You cannot attend our physical premises during lock downs.
Please note our physical premises is by appointment only during normal times, and during lock downs we are closed to appointments and the public, but are still operating and dispatching your blinds.
We’ll be continuing to operate throughout the crisis without any foreseeable issues with our supply chain.
There may be additional delays of 1-3 weeks on our plantation shutters compared to our ‘normal’ estimates for a small percentage of our customers caused by the shipping lines increasing port calls & stops along the way. The situation is unprecedented.
We’re doing our best to keep to our dispatch times and windows, however, we advise our customers to please be patient with couriers as they will be under increased load as the whole country moves towards online shopping. There may be some delays with shipping times.
